Since opening this sleek eatery, owner-chef Kevin Rathbun has fielded countless interview requests from rags all around the US. The restaurant's post-industrial decor provides the perfect backdrop for Rathbun's singularly innovative New American fare. Dazzling are "Big Plates" (tarragon-roasted chicken) and "Second Mortgage Plates" (Maine lobster and roasted green-chile soft tacos).
