Transformed from a Victorian home, this gorgeous restaurant is a study in style and creativity. Texture and pattern invigorate the beautiful architecture, and patrons are, without exception, mesmerized by the interior. The cuisine, too, is innovative, grounded in Mandarin, Hunan, and Szechuan fare but open to interpretation. Specialties include crispy Mu Lan snapper with aged vinegar sauce, black pepper prawns and scallops, and braised chicken Taiwanese with ginger-garlic sauce. Vegetarian and spa cuisine entrees are available as well. |
